In 1946 the merchant Josef Anstoetz laid the foundation of a decoration- and furniture wholesale company that today is worldwide known as JAB Anstoetz. In 1956 the manufactory BW Bielefelder Werkstätten joined the constantly growing company and extended the product divisions by upholstered furniture.
The traditional production method of the furniture pieces is firmly rooted in Germany, while the creative approach refers to a classic and international form language. In the workshops, the furniture designs are custom fitted, the thread gradients are matched perfectly, and the sewn fabrics are manufactured to dimension and fixed with hundreds of fine nails with the utmost precision. This well considered and balanced accuracy leads to impressive haptic results. Delicate shaping, intelligent framing, and harmonically counterbalanced proportions determine every single piece of furniture. Seating comfort and aesthetics stand in one line and underline the engaging tonality of JAB Anstoetz Furniture.
